Meet The Founders

At RLI, we have spent our lives cultivating a vast outdoor skillset, utilized on a daily basis in both our professional and personal lives. We are passionate, innovative, and are determined to create the best possible outdoor experiences and infrastructure for our clients.

RLI was founded by lifelong friends Taylor Gregory and Riley Egan. They completed their first job together in 6th grade, shoveling rocks out of a private pond. It was definitely worth the $25...

Taylor has spent decades living, working, and most importantly recreating in some of the wildest places in the United States. He has deep expertise in archery and firearm shooting, boating, and fishing setups.

Through his work as a Land Survey Crew Chief, he has worked on hundreds of parcels in the Northwest. Taylor has seen countless premium vacation properties go underutilized from a recreation standpoint. He believes a property should be enjoyed to its fullest, from the indoors to the outdoors, and wants to help clients realize their land’s potential.

Taylor is currently based near iconic Sun Valley, Idaho, where he assists clients on boundary, topo, and construction survey work.

Riley has professionally guided nearly every outdoor activity possible. From remote wilderness trips to sporting clays to backcountry snowmobiling, he brings experience, understanding, and a desire to help others enjoy the outdoors on the deepest level. He has designed trail systems, shooting ranges, and archery courses for world-class resorts in the west.

He is currently based out of Missoula, Montana where he is always planning his next fishing trip.
